Just few years a go I was overweight, incredibly lazy, addicted to video games, YouTube, and junk food. I felt I had no real positive path in life and didn’t think highly of myself and lived my life in accordance to that thought process. However, after compounding many small habit changes I have completely changed my life and am now on the path to living the life I always wanted. I created this blog to help share what I have learned with others in hopes they too will change their life direction and begin the journey to living the life of their dreams.
